(Reno, NV) – The American Registry has named Sarah E. Carmona and Terry Rasner-Yacenda of Dreams Realty among American’s Most Honored Professionals.
The American Registry identifies the top 10 percent of male and female CEOs, doctors, lawyers, wealth managers, entrepreneurs, Internet moguls, contractors and individuals from just about every industry and profession. The first award of its kind, the America’s Most Honored Professionals distinction is the only cross-industry and cross-profession honor based on quantitative analysis of authenticated public recognitions. The award only goes to successful individuals who have been publicly recognized for professional excellence with multiple honors from trade groups, peers, clients and the press.
Carmona, named in the top 10 percent of the award, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from the University of Nevada, Reno. As one of the youngest owners in the market, she provides the team at Dreams Realty with knowledge of forecasting and trends in the local market. Specializing in distressed properties, Carmona is fully engaged in real estate listing, marketing and management of bank-owned properties, short sales, conducting BPOs, Buyer-Broker Agreements, working with funding partners, lenders and work-out strategies for borrowers.
Named in the top 5 percent of the award, Rasner-Yacenda earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in general studies and an Associate degree in criminal justice from the University of Nevada, Reno. As an owner, she provides the team at Dreams Realty with creative, team-oriented management practices and training in progressive internet technology. Rasner-Yacenda specializes in luxury properties, management and marketing of bank real estate owned assets, broker’s price option and short sales for loss mitigation. In addition to her role with Dreams Realty, she is an author of the book, “She Is All Business” and through seminars and one-on-one coaching, mentors women professionals and women desiring to make their mark in the business world.
