(Reno, NV) – The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) has named Sarah Carmona of Dreams Realty in Reno #11 Top Latino Real Estate Agent in the United States for 2014. Among those named, Carmona was ranked the #1 Latino Woman in the State of Nevada, and is the only agent in Northern Nevada to have been named all four years the award has been given.
NAHREP is the leading trade association among Hispanics in the housing industry and is comprised of 21,000 members in 40 chapters across the country. The 2014 list of top agents, released in association with Zillow, Inc., includes 250 members based on sales figures for the year. Carmona achieved 242 transactions in 2014, earning her the ranking of 11th in the nation.
The NAHREP Top 250 will be recognized at the NAHREP 2015 National Convention in Chicago, IL., September 20-22, 2015. The Top 250 agents will also be invited to participate in the inaugural session of NAHREP Icons, a real estate coaching group aimed at sharing winning strategies from other top performers.
Carmona earned a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from the University of Nevada, Reno. As an owner, she provides the team at Dreams Realty with knowledge of forecasting and trends in the local market. Specializing in distressed properties, Carmona is fully engaged in real estate listing, marketing and management of bank-owned properties, short sales, conducting BPOs, Buyer-Broker Agreements, working with funding partners, lenders and work-out strategies for borrowers.
